You may be out of prepaid credit. Log into your account and check if you have enough credit to make calls. If you do have credit and still cannot make calls you can fill in a report form and we will look at your problem.What do I do if I keep getting disconnected from calls?
Check your internet connection. If you are downloading a large file at a high speed at the time of a call, dropouts may occur. To ensure this doesn't happen use a QoS enabled router to adjust quality settings. If this does not solve the problem the fill in a report form and send it to us.My power went out and now I cant make calls, how do I fix it?
Once your power has been switched back on ensure that your equipment has power. If your equipment has power but you can still not receive calls they may need a reboot. Simply unplug the power at the back of the unit, wait 5 seconds and reconnect the power.How can I stop my calls from being "choppy"?
If you are getting choppy calls you may need to upgrade your internet connection or equipment. We recommend the use of a 512mb/512mb broadband connection or higher. Also using old routers or switches may cause lag which results in "choppy" voice quality.Back to top
